Welcome aboard the uss venture star!! a intimidator class super dreadnaught!an intimidator dreadnaught is roughly double the size of a constitution class ship.i'm her captain Bryan Cash.i commanded the uss venture star on her maiden voyage.in the year 2265, the venture star was supposed to be the testbed for many of the technologys to be found on tomorrows vessels and provide unprecedented defence and exploratory capabilitys.while on her shakedown cruise the venture star encountered unintentional warp core problems like her sister ship the Uss Intimidator.there was a major imbalance created in the core that resulted in the creation of an artifcial wormhole.the ship escaped unlike her unfortunate sister ship horribly damaged ....the uss venture star was towed back to the san fransisco ship yards for a major redesign of her propulsion systems.the venture star was relaunched several weeks later with a new mandate to test her new systems and technologys out.The venture star turned out to be a unique ship in the fleet following the weeks and months of reports from her shakedown overpowered and held together with somewhat fragile new technologys it was decided to abandon the super dreadnaught project and thus only the second prototype was built.Venture Star was reassigned to a new fleet her primary mission to defend the federation and seek adventure and challenges while "boldly going where no man has gone before" If interested in an open position aboard venture star please e-mail the co venturestarco@charter.net and he will get back to as soon as his duty permits.
